MEN chapters exist wherever millennial men need structure, brotherhood, and leadership development. If there is no chapter in your city — you can be the one to build it.

A chapter is not an organization you join. It is a community you build.

When you start a MEN Chapter, you:

• Build brotherhood in your city
• Develop leaders through the MEN pathway
• Launch local Circles and support Circle Leads
• Connect your community to the global MEN ecosystem

Chapter Application Requirements

Active Member Status

You must be an active member of MEN with a consistent track record of service.

MEN Leadership Track

Completion of (or enrollment in) the MEN Leadership Foundations course.

Character & Consistency

Demonstrated integrity, emotional maturity, and reliability — visible to your Circle Lead and peers.

A Core Team

At least 3 committed brothers in your city ready to serve as the founding team.

A Vision

A clear vision for how your chapter will serve your local community.

How It Works

1. Submit your Chapter Application below
2. MENGlobal reviews your application within 10 business days
3. If approved, you begin a 60-day Chapter Preparation Period
4. You complete Chapter Foundations Training
5. You assemble and train your founding team
6. MENGlobal certifies your chapter
7. You launch
