The MENGlobal Council
The strategic heart of a global movement.
Who Are the MENGlobal Council?
The MENGlobal Council is the representative leadership body of the MEN Movement — responsible for strategic alignment, vision protection, and global initiative oversight.
Council members are not the founders of MEN. They are the builders — men who have demonstrated extraordinary character, service, and leadership across the movement.
Council members are:
- Proven chapter leaders
- Men of high character and credibility
- Strategic thinkers with movement-level impact
- Servant-leaders who lead by example

How Council Members Are Selected
MEN values credibility over popularity. Council members are selected through a four-stage process:
1. Observation
A potential council member is first observed over time — consistency, character, and impact tracked through their Circle and chapter service.
2. Recommendation
Nominated by peers, chapter leads, and existing council members.
3. Testing
A period of increased responsibility to assess readiness and alignment with MEN’s ethos.
4. Affirmation
Confirmed through community affirmation and council vote.
There are no self-nominations. Leadership in MEN is given, not taken.
“Council members are not above the movement. They are servants of the movement. Their authority is borrowed
their legacy is earned.”
— MENGlobal Governance Principle
Serve the Movement
Leadership in MEN begins in the Circle.
