Governance Framework
Structure with spirit. Accountability without bureaucracy.
“MEN rejects rigid bureaucracy but embraces structure with spirit. Governance exists to protect the vision, not to control the movement.”
— MEN Governance Principle
Our Governance is Built On
Service
Every governance role is a service role. No exceptions.
Trust
Authority is granted through demonstrated trustworthiness.
Accountability
Leaders are accountable to the brothers they serve.
Rotation
Leadership rotates. No permanent power. No dynasties.
Transparency
All major decisions are communicated clearly and honestly.

- A man leads himself before he leads others.
