What Is the MEN Leadership Academy?

The MEN Leadership Academy is the formal training and development engine of the MEN Movement. It provides structured, progressive learning for every brother — from entry-level self-development to advanced governance and leadership for council-level leaders.

The Academy is not a school. It is a leadership laboratory — where men learn by doing, by serving, and by being challenged by other men who have walked the path ahead of them.

The Academy develops:

Academy Programs

Leadership Foundations

Available from: Stage 2 (Active Member)

The entry point for every MEN leader. Covers identity, purpose, emotional intelligence, and the MEN Creed in depth.

Duration: 4 weeks | Format: Self-paced + cohort sessions

Emotional Intelligence for Men

Available from: Stage 2 (Active Member)

A deep dive into emotional self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Duration: 3 weeks | Format: Self-paced + group reflection

Strategic Leadership

Available from: Stage 4 (Ambassador)

Leadership as vision, strategy, and sustainable influence. For brothers stepping into public leadership roles.

Duration: 6 weeks | Format: Facilitated cohort

Community Building & Circle Facilitation

Available from: Stage 4 (Ambassador) / required for Stage 5 (Circle Lead)

Practical training in facilitating powerful MENCircle sessions, conflict resolution, and building psychologically safe spaces.

Duration: 4 weeks | Format: Live facilitated training

Wealth & Stewardship

Available from: Stage 3 (Contributor)

Financial literacy, wealth philosophy, economic empowerment, and responsible stewardship of resources.

Duration: 5 weeks | Format: Self-paced + group discussion

Legacy Leadership

Available from: Stage 6 (Chapter Lead) / required for MENGlobal Council pathway

Advanced governance, vision-casting, institutional thinking, and legacy stewardship.

Duration: 8 weeks | Format: Intensive cohort + mentorship
